At Sunset River Labradors, we are dedicated to producing outstanding AKC English Labrador Retriever Puppies that uphold the true standards of the breed. We have owned labs for over 40 years and have over 30 years' experience in breeding dogs. Our Labs undergo rigorous testing, including certified clearances for hips, elbows, eyes, and DNA/genetic screens prior to being considered for breeding. Litter Sires are carefully selected from well-established kennels who adhere to the same strict standards.
Our puppies are lovingly raised indoors in a social family environment.
Our Process
Our breeding process is designed to ensure the health and well-being of our dogs and puppies. We conduct extensive screenings and genetic testing to ensure that our dogs are free of any hereditary diseases or conditions prior to breeding. We also provide all dogs and puppies with the best possible care, including veterinary care, proper nutrition, exercise, and socialization.
Puppies receive veterinary clearance and age-appropriate vaccinations prior to going to their forever homes at 8 weeks of age.
Our litters are AKC registered.
